Ian J. Pitt

For over 10 ten years, my life has been guided by the paddle in my hands. Ever since I was little, I was fascinated by the stunning coastal wilderness environment. My favorite place is the 1000 Islands. The crystal-clear waters of Lake Ontario and boating there is an experience I will never forget.
Now, combine this with the thrill of fishing, and you will never want to get back to your daily life. During my search for the world's most spectacular paddling destinations, I've found some incredible people, discovered places, and experienced adventures.
I'm now hitting the web to tell the stories. Whether you want to buy your first kayak or learn the ins and outs of boating, I've got some amazing stories to tell you. I'll also do reviews of some of my favorite boats, kayaks, and gears that I use.

About Ian J. Pitt

Ian J. Pitt, a professional kayak fishing instructor with over ten years of experience. In this time, I've probably introduced more people to paddling than any other instructors out there. There is more to kayaking than what meets the eye. My goal is to inspire others to explore, get outside, and start boating.
